University Information Services - Staff Learning & Development course timetable

A series of engaging 90-minute workshops, offered both in-person and virtually, designed to help you set clear, focused objectives in preparation for your SRD. Each session provides practical guidance on crafting SMART objectives, understanding their impact, and refining them through peer feedback — so you leave confident and ready to achieve your goals.

This panel discussion is designed to provide line managers with the opportunity to share experiences and discuss common challenges around setting meaningful objectives for their teams. It is not a formal training session; rather, it offers a supportive space to exchange ideas, reflect on practice, and learn from one another. Useful resources will be shared to support further learning.
