Falcon: Refresher

This is a one off refresher course and will cover some of the use of Falcon Content Management Service by content and site managers who have been using the system for some years.

• All current University members (departments and colleges) interested in running a Falcon site
• Further details regarding eligibility criteria are available

Prospective participants should be either a content editor or manager involved in a current or future Falcon site, or have a strong interest in Falcon. It would be useful to have some expereince of HTML

Number of sessions: 1

• Looking at your site’s configuration
• Considering your home page and how you can make it work harder
• Users and groups, and restricting access to content
• Embedding videos, Twitter feeds and other dynamic content
• Gathering feedback information - your turn to say what you want
