This is the first of a series of seminars looking at tools used within the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) cycle.
- This initial session will concentrate on the tools that can be used in the Define phase
- The Simplifying our Processes Team will share some of their favourites followed by a discussion about individual experiences, recommendations and best practice
- There will be an opportunity for informal networking with other members of the Business Improvement at Cambridge community
Target audience
- Colleagues across the Collegiate University with an interest in process improvement.
