Objectives
- Understand key compensation concepts and terminology
- View employee compensation information as a member of HR shared services (HRSS)
- Update an employee's salary as a member of HRSS
- Bulk upload salary updates as a member of HRSS
- Change an employee's grade step as a member of HRSS
- Manually update grade rates as an HR systems user
- Bulk upload grade rate updates as a member of HRSS
- Synchronise grade step rates as a member of HRSS
- Run the grade step progression process as a member of HRSS
