CLIC: Inter-Communication: Feedback that Fuels: Turning Conversations into Growth
New

Wed 13 May 2026

Description

Feedback is one of the most powerful tools for growth - yet giving and receiving it can feel uncomfortable. Without it, we miss opportunities to learn; with it, we can unlock our potential and help others do the same. Constructive feedback is not about criticism, but about clear, respectful, and actionable communication.

Join our workshop to:

  • Learn frameworks for giving and receiving feedback effectively.
  • Practise turning difficult conversations into opportunities for growth.
  • Develop confidence in creating a culture of continuous improvement.
Target audience

This workshop is aimed towards participants in the field of Engineering.
