This is an introductory workshop for Supporting creativity at UIS.

Target audience

UIS staff (small cohort with representation from almost every division/group)

Objectives

The objectives of Supporting creativity at UIS:

1. Organisational Improvement: To realise our individual and collective potential and empower colleagues to create innovative solutions that deliver value, faster and better solutions to UIS and the University

2. Staff Development: To empower colleagues by creating the right mindset, upskilling, and reskilling them

3. Psychological Safety: To create an environment where colleagues feel safe to share and develop their ideas (big/small), having the freedom to explore, take calculated risks, make mistakes, and learn from failure.

Aims

By attending this workshop, you'll be able to:

1. understand the outcomes of the focus groups

2. summarise the objectives of Supporting Creativity

3. define the process of Supporting creativity at UIS

4. access the resources/support available
