In this session, we will look at

  • The 'why?' and 'how?' of Open Access publishing
  • Best practice in sharing data
  • What funders require from researchers
  • Some practical tools to make your research more open
  • Presentation and discussion

The session will be delivered by Dr Beatrice Gini, Training Coordinator at the Office of Scholarly Communication. Bea has worked in secondary education and as a research consultant with the Zoological Society of London. At the OSC she supports researchers and PhD students who want to learn more about publishing, Open Research and Research Data Management.
