Imposter syndrome can affect anyone, especially in a world-renowned institution like Cambridge, where you're surrounded by talented people. If you ever feel like you're not "good enough," this session is for you. We'll explore the nature of this phenomenon, its impact on both your performance and overall well-being, and most importantly, how your brain may be sabotaging you—and what you can do about it.
