Are you a Team Owner? This course teaches how to manage your team effectively and answers the many questions that you will have. Please note that the course is taught using Microsoft Teams and you must have Teams installed on your computer to participate.
You will:
- Learn how to create teams, channels and add members
- Practice configuring settings for your team and its members
- Have the opportunity to ask questions about team management

Format
- Interactive online training that is instructor-led with video, demonstrations and practical activities
System requirements
- Installed Microsoft Teams app
- If you can't install the Teams app you can use a Web Browser
- It's advisable to make a test call in advance of the session
- A link to the online meeting will be sent in your booking confirmation email and event reminders
- The course will start promptly at the time shown below but will be open up to 30 minutes beforehand should you wish to check your audio and visual setup. Using a webcam is optional but using one will give you a better learning experience.
- Your computer set up may be different to others on the course and there are small variations when using different operating systems. It is helpful to keep the instructor informed of the system that you are using.
