COGNOS for School Finance Managers, Advisers, FP&A NewSpecial
The first part of the course is designed to provide a refresher in navigating, personalising, reviewing and running standard reports. The second part of the course will cover Cognos Query Studio, which is the reporting tool enabling a simple report to be built quickly without any fancy layouts or formatting.
This course is for School Finance Managers, Advisers and FP&A staff only
You only need to attend the Query Studio session if part of your role is to build basic reports and you have the Query Studio access. If you wish to attend both sessions then please ensure they are on the same day.

- Navigate around the screen using the icons
- Set up various short cuts
- Create a personalised home page
- Copy and Schedule reports
Query Studio Objectives
- Build a basic report
To enhance existing Cognos knowledge and learn new functions.

Session 1: 9.30am - 11.15am Cognos Refresher Training
Session 2: 11.30am - 12.45pm Query Studio
