This course enables purchasing staff to understand the tendering process and how they can negotiate successfully.
Purchasing staff whose duties include selecting suppliers and/or committing the University's funds.

To help staff responsible for obtaining Goods, Services and/or Consultancy for their team, department, or schools or for the wider University, to fully understand the competitive tendering process and how to negotiate successfully in order to achieve best value for money and obtain the most out of available funds.
Course to be delivered by the Procurement Services Team. Tutor input, small group exercises and role plays.
