This session is designed to help us all build our skills, deepen our understanding, and reflect on the critical role our behaviour and language play in shaping a positive workplace culture. Kin&Co will be running this session as part of our ongoing work on fostering a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace.

The session will be run by Kin&Co and will be a full day of learning with a 1-hour lunch break and short breaks throughout the day. Snacks and beverages will be available, but lunch will not be provided. There are several lunch options around the West Cambridge site for you to choose from, or you may bring your lunch with you.
Please make it a priority to attend the session you have signed up to, and if you are unable to attend, kindly cancel your registration so that your place can be reallocated.
