• Describe the difference between a Mentor, Coach and Buddy
• Explain the roles and responsibilities of a Buddy
• Recognise the benefits of a Buddy scheme for the organisation, new colleague, Buddy and Line manager
• Outline expectations and create a plan to ensure to use the right skills to be an effective buddy
• Summarise what does good Buddy look like
