CamSIS Search

Prerequisites

CamSIS Search is a tool used within CamSIS to create lists of students and update student data. This course will show you how to understand the data structure and how to use CamSIS Search to create detailed student lists and update data.

• Participants should have attended the CamSIS: An Introduction course or have equivalent knowledge

Number of sessions: 1

• Creating a list of students
• Explanation of the fields used for selecting and displaying data
• Saving and modifying a search
• Sending an email to a list of students
• Saving your list as a spreadsheet
• Using your list to transfer to other parts of CamSIS, for updating many students at once
• Navigating to 360 Degree View from your list
• Creating a photo report

To be able to:

• Understand how CamSIS Search works
• Create a list of students
• Understand the fields used for selecting and displaying data
