Description

This event, delivered by experienced training provider, Sue Duraikan,  will provide guidance on how you can prepare and approach a challenging conversation that you may need to hold with a member of your Group or Team. There will be an opportunity for you to practice the skills in a small supportive group with a professional role player

This session will have refreshments provided and will be an opportunity to network with Framework Fellows.

Target audience

Members of the Mid-Career Researcher Framework

Prerequisites

Attendance at the Management Primer: Navigating key transition points in the careers of your team members is preferred.
