Bridging the gap from research to practice - Learning from Failure
New

Thu 21 Jan 2021

Description

What does failure mean? How can we reframe our situations so that failure does not have be a negative thing and we can learn new ways of coping and being resilient.

Meet some early career academics who managed to work their way through challenging times.

Alasdair, a 3rd year doctoral student, will share how his research project was severely disrupted but he was able to turn a challenging situation around and Marta Costa and Deepak Venkateshvaran will be sharing their own failure stories and coping strategies as academics.
