• The course provides an LCS accredited Lean Practitioner qualification. The course involves a 2-day training session followed by completion of a 6-week project.

Come along to this session to find out more about how CoPs are being established and embedded at Cambridge, and the ways in which they could help you and those who you manage. There will be the opportunity to share ideas and concerns you have about the CoPs initiative and learn more about this exciting new area of development in the University.

This session will provide some basic tools that can be used immediately to facilitate a continuous improvement way of working

This course is accredited with the LCS (Lean Competency System), a certificate will be provided on completion of a short assessment.

Join us for a data session hosted by Carrie Brennan, HRTP Programme Manager. Data is a large topic, this session will focus specifically on data within Project Management. We will cover how data can be used by Project Managers and how data can be used to improve projects, including panel discussion and a chance to pose questions. Panels members joining Carrie will be:

Join us for our next Project Management Community of Practice Online Networking event.

After the success of our first online networking session in February, the PM CoP are pleased to announce we will be holding regular online sessions.

Whilst it is an open opportunity for people to get together, we recognise a room full of strangers can be daunting. Therefore, we will be theming the sessions, to help guide initial conversations. The theme on 18 October will be Networking, asking questions such as:

• What is networking? • What are the benefits of networking? • How do you network? • What if you don’t like the idea of networking?

So come and join us online to meet others in the PM community.
