We will begin by considering together how it feels to receive feedback and will then go on to consider the skills and techniques needed to give feedback well.

The session has been designed to support mentees and mentors on the ourcambridge self-match mentoring scheme (https://www.ourcambridge.admin.cam.ac.uk/supporting-our-staff/self-match-mentoring-scheme), but mentees and mentors from other schemes are also welcome to join.
