Working towards her Lean Practioner accreditation Jo Milton (Medical Library) will outline her project which looks to improve processes surrounding the cataloguing of books received at the Medical Library

Linda Spinks will share a structured approach to improvement which is being applied as part of ourcambridge
There will be an opportunity to share experiences in an informal way over a cup of tea/coffee

Target audience

Staff who have attended the Introduction to Lean in HE (Yellow Belt Equivalent) course
