How can you manage a negative thought today? Enhance your focus, reduce stress and strengthen your resilience using techniques proven by science. This event is a follow-up from the previous one-hour Navigating Negative Thoughts session.
In this 30-minute session, we will:
- practice how to manage a specific negative thought today
- use therapeutic models evidenced by over 100 global studies
- plan a useful next step to help resolve the situation.
According to the Mental Health Foundation, 74% of adults have felt so stressed at some point over the past year that they felt overwhelmed or unable to cope.
