Cancellation and Non-attendance

We ask that participants do not book on training courses unless they are sure they can attend. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations may be unavoidable.

How to cancel your booking

If you need to cancel your place, please do so as soon as possible.

• Choose Your Bookings
• Choose the relevant booking
• Select Cancel booking
• Select a reason for cancellation
• Choose Cancel Booking

Non-attendance of courses

If you repeatedly fail to attend courses you may be contacted via your department and we may refuse your attendance on future training courses.
