Public Engagement: Your Research Video
Your research video is a one day course which teaches researchers the skills required to make a short film. The course shows how very low-budget short films can create excitement and generate discussion about research. Participants will explore filmmaking techniques and plan, film and edit footage to give them the skills to produce a short film.

- To learn the skills required to prepare, film and produce a short film
Participative workshop for 15 comprising information giving and practical activities.
Ryd's teaching includes filmmaking theory, working with actors, how to use filmmaking equipment and how to edit films. His teaching aims to inspire people to go on and make their own work.
