Description

This course covers the various month-end processes that need to be completed within the iProcurement module.

Target audience

This course is aimed at iProcurement Buyers who have either completed iProcurement 1, or who completed iProcurement Buyer training prior to September 2014.

Prerequisites

In order to confirm your booking, please either completed the face to face iProcurement Part 1 or the web-based iProcurement Buyer training prior to September 2014

  • Searching for Purchase Orders and Requisitions
  • Amending Tax Codes on Purchase Orders
  • Cancelling order lines and orders
  • Incomplete requisitions and orders
  • Personalising the Buyers Work Centre

The course also provides delegates with the opportunity to attend an optional workshop to practice what they have learnt as well as ask questions about iProcurement and the Buyers Work Centre based on their experience with the system.
