Description

This is a classroom session to be held at Greenwich House - All delegates will need to bring a laptop (and charging cable if required)

Please note - there is no parking available at Greenwich House. The Madingley Park and Ride is a 15-minute walk and the Universal Bus stops on Madingley Road.

This session will provide an introduction to Ind-E-Pay with a demonstration of the system and instructions for the UAT testing period.

Target audience

Anybody that has volunteered to be part of the UAT testing phase for Ind-E-Pay.

Prerequisites

Anybody participating in UAT must have completed the session booking form with their availability

  • Background to the Ind-E-Pay project
  • A brief explanation of the taxation requirements when engaging with service suppliers
  • A demonstration of the Ind-E-Pay system

Objectives

By the end of the briefing; participants will:

  • Understand the purpose of the Ind-E-Pay system​
  • Understand the Ind-E-Pay flow and system roles​
  • Be able to use Ind-E-Pay to complete the test scenarios
  • Understand the purpose and timeframe of the UAT process​
  • Know where to find the test scripts ​
  • Understand how to complete the test scripts ​
  • Know where to log the any issues found during testing​
  • Know where to find the Ind-E-Pay system guidance
Aims

To provide enough guidance on the system to enable the testers to complete the test scripts and provide feedback on issues found.

Format

In person

Presentation and system demonstration

Testing will be completed in additional sessions (various times available)

Duration

All the testers should attend one of the 2 hour briefing sessions.

Additional sessions will be attended to complete the actual testing.
