Description

In this session we will discuss the importance of setting goals for a successful mentoring relationship and how to break down big goals in to mini goals. We will be inviting mentors and mentees to share their experience of setting mentoring goals.

Target audience

The session has been designed to support mentees and mentors on the ourcambridge self-match mentoring scheme (https://www.ourcambridge.admin.cam.ac.uk/supporting-our-staff/self-match-mentoring-scheme), but mentees and mentors from other schemes are also welcome to join.
