Cancellation and Non-attendance Policy

We ask that participants do not book on training courses unless they are sure they can attend.

If you have any questions about a booking, or if you believe that your circumstances warrant further consideration, please contact researcherdevelopment@admin.cam.ac.uk as soon as possible.

How to cancel your booking

If you need to cancel your place, please do so as soon as possible.

• Choose Your Bookings
• Choose the relevant booking
• Select Cancel booking
• Select a reason for cancellation
• Choose Cancel Booking

Non-attendance

If you have not attended an activity you may be contacted to request further information. If we do not hear from you we may contact your Head of Department or College for additional details.
