An opportunity to gain an insight into the work of the Shared Services Finance team and to understand and have an appreciation of the interrelationships with other areas and the demands and challenges faced.

• Brief overview of the workflow through the department.
• Opportunity to ask questions and to share ideas for best practice.

An understanding of the work carried out by Shared Services and how departments and other areas of finance can work together with Shared Services to improve efficiency and performance.
