Description

Being part of such an international community, it is useful to know more about how people's culture and background affects how they behave and communicate. This session will give you a better understanding of why people behave as they do as well as increasing your self awareness, so you can look at yourself from other people's perspective as well as understanding better where they are 'coming from'. Individual coaching/mentoring sessions with the session leader will be offered for those who need a solution to a problem they are currently encountering.
