Payment Policy

Charged Instructor Led Courses

The majority of instructor led courses at the Language Centre are charged. If payment is required for your course attendance (see charging policy or the individual course details), your payment must be arranged within 24 hours of booking (and preferably by 9am the day following registration) in order that your booking can be confirmed. Failure to do so will mean you cannot attend the course.

Accepted payment methods:

• All payments from individuals should be made online by credit or debit card using the University Online Store.
• Purchase orders will be accepted from University Departments/Faculties, Colleges or in exceptional circumstances, from external organisations. The PO must display the course name and the attendees name and should be sent to the Administration Team at the Language Centre (see contact section).
