Description

This course covers the mass communications functionality within the Amicus system:

  • How many users can be part of mass communications
  • How to set up a mass communications
  • Using communication templates
  • Managing salutations and contact preferences
Target audience

This course is suitable for fundraising and alumni relations staff within CUDAR and Colleges who have fully migrated to Amicus, and who need to send the same communications to multiple contacts.
