This course will be delivered online.
This is an extension class following the Spanish Intermediate 2 programmes, focusing on abridged short stories/films (3 of each) at upper-intermediate level in preparation for CULP Advanced course.
Total 6 lesson of 2 hours each.

Topics covered
This short course will focus on practising and improving your upper-intermediate Spanish by looking at the following topics:
- Mexican legends of pre-Colombian civilisations
- A Mexican film: Como agua para chocolate (1992)
- A Spanish short story set in the times of Franco
- A Spanish film: Volver (2006)
- An Argentinian short story from the Twentieth Century
- An Argentinian film: El secreto de sus ojos (2009)
Activities will be based on the material, which will be provided before the classes.
