Managing a Hybrid Team
New

Wed 30 Jun 2021

Description

As staff transition from home working to a more flexible or hybrid model, many of the University’s managers will find themselves facing a range of novel leadership challenges.

With some team members working in the office and others remotely, maintaining inclusivity and a sense of shared identity, as well as equal access to information, relationships and opportunity, all become new priorities.

This intensive virtual course provides managers of hybrid teams at Cambridge University with a toolkit of practical techniques that will help them - and their teams - adapt and thrive in these fast-changing times.
