Conscious Leadership in its simplest form is bringing one’s whole self to your leadership role to create a culture of trust, care and positive influence. Using a simple tool to help you consider where you are on the conscious leadership spectrum, this short interactive session gives you the opportunity to explore what it means to be a conscious leader, and consider ways in which you can embrace this form of leadership to enhance your ability to enjoy and get the most out of a leadership role.
