Amicus - Adding mass communications PrerequisitesSpecial
This course covers the mass communications functionality within the Amicus system:
- How many users can be part of mass communications
- How to set up a mass communications
- Using communication templates
- Managing salutations and contact preferences
This course is suitable for fundraising and alumni relations staff within CUDAR and Colleges who have fully migrated to Amicus, and who need to send the same communications to multiple contacts.
You must complete the following online courses prior to attending this course:
- Amicus online - Logging in and navigation
- Amicus online - Viewing a contact record
- Amicus online - Updating contact preferences
