A half day workshop providing core knowledge around stress, mental health, resilience and self-care, and tips and activities to embed these skills.

Cambridge Research Office Staff




• What is stress and mental health • Why is it relevant to me and why do I need to take it seriously? • Stress container – how does stress build up (protective and risk factors and link to resilience) • What is resilience and how can it be enhanced • Self-care – What can we do and how do we build this in? • Personal tools and worksheets • Signposting to support both internally and externally
