Description

This hands-on course will introduce cascading style sheets (CSS) and tables and show how they can (and should) be used effectively when creating web pages.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of HTML/XHTML as covered on the following courses and practised by writing web pages will be assumed

Notes
  • The practical work will be done on PCs unless otherwise specified, although the course is platform independent and therefore suitable also for Mac and Unix users.
  • If you would like to take away a copy of the Web page you create, please bring a a USB memory stick. If you can logon to your MCS account, you will have an opportunity to set up your Web pages using DS-Web on that account.
