To provide an opportunity for someone from elsewhere in Fin Ops to spend a day in the Training Team to get an overview and appreciation of what they do.

• Policy and procedures: FPM, CUFS and others

How do we identify needs?

• Organisational : stakeholders, compliance, strategic, culture
• Groups: want v need, opportunity costs, one-off : recurring costs
• Individuals : Learning styles; special requirements
• Setting measurable objectives

What do we consider when designing solutions ?

• Delivery methods : pros and cons
• Elearning developments : tools and skill sets : Articulate, mobile

To provide some hands on experience of creating items such as documents, training resources, designing surveys and getting involved.
