Administrator Development Programme

Description


This highly participative development programme draws on the expertise of senior figures in the University. It provides an introduction to the various strands and issues of University strategy and governance; it includes some skills development and offers a valuable opportunity to network.

Application for this programme is by nomination by Head of Institution. Heads of Institutions will be invited to make nominations in August/September.

Target audience
  • Administrative Officers (or equivalent) with one to five years’ experience in post, or those who are experienced administrators in another context, but are new to a University post
  • Those whose primary role is administrative, whether generalist or specialist e.g. Departmental/Faculty Administrators, Finance Managers or Officers, HR Advisors
  • Further details regarding PPD's eligibility criteria are available
Prerequisites
  • This programme requires attendance at all six sessions
  • Application is by nomination by Head of Institution
